"They are always nice and prompt here. There have been some times when it has been a little slower, but you can tell they're busy and they're always so nice about it. I don't mind. I usually stop for breakfast and they'll have it ready before I walk in or within a few minutes of me walking in. The rare times something has been unavailable, they provide good substitutions."

"Stopped for an iced coffee for the road and the lady in back came up to take my order (I'm not very good with kiosks). I ordered a Caramel Marciano Iced Coffee and was a little disappointed to see that the cinnamon rolls and strawberry fruit pies have been taken off of the menu. I always loved getting cinnamon rolls, but I settled for the chocolate cookies instead!!"
